I just don’t get it, do I?

I think I just don’t get it, when a stranger accuse you for not doing your job well then will that be a good reason to promote him to be your supervisor?

When somebody is spreading wrong information, creating chaos about something to everybody and it costs other people to defend themselves for nothing, will that be a good reason to make him a manager?

When a person is wrongly hired for a position for a department that doesn’t exist later and he needs to be stationed at another department, should he be the average staff or should he be appointed to be the new manager for his new department?

When a well established department needs to improve its performance, is it necessary to move it as a new division of a new department which knows nothing about its job?

Can we say that good carrier opportunities are offered in ‘here’ when we always get a new (owner appointed) manager every year, and hardly get bottom-up promotion?

Yeah, I think I just don’t get it or can we say that it is a ‘joke’?
